Medication Is a Bridge, Not a Destination
For nearly 30 years I've stood behind the pharmacy counter. In that time I've filled millions of prescriptions and watched hundreds of thousands of patients cycle through the same medications for decades.
Here's the truth I keep coming back to: medication is a bridge to get you where you need to be. It is not the destination. The destination is a body and mind that can function, thrive, and live fully — and that outcome is built on nutrition, movement, sleep, community, and thoughtful supplementation. Medicine buys you time to get there.
That is the lens I bring to every conversation on this site, on the podcast, and in the pharmacy.
